Terms and Conditions

Podcast Studio Terms & Conditions These Terms and Conditions “Agreement”) govern the use of CastMyPod NWA facilities, equipment, and services. By booking or using the studio, you and“Client” agree to abide by the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment - Studio time must be reserved in advance through our booking system. - Full payment is required to confirm reservations. - Additional time beyond the scheduled booking will be billed at the standard hourly rate.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling - Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded. - Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are eligible for 50% refund with a 24 hour advance cancellation notice. Same day cancellations are non-refundable. - No-shows are non-refundable.

3. Studio Use & Conduct - The Client is responsible for the behavior of all guests and participants. - Food and beverages must be approved by the studio prior to the session. - No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are permitted on studio premises. - Noise must be kept at reasonable levels in common areas. 

4. Equipment & Property - The Client agrees to use all equipment responsibly. - Any damage to equipment, facilities, or property caused by misuse or negligence will be billed to the Client. - The Client may not remove equipment from the studio without prior written permission.

5. Content & Intellectual Property - The Client retains ownership of all original content recorded during their session. - The Studio does not claim rights to client content. - The Client is solely responsible for ensuring their content does not infringe on copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

6. Liability & Indemnification - The Studio is not liable for any lost or stolen items. - The Client releases the Studio from any liability arising from injury, accident, or loss while using the facilities. - The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Studio harmless against claims resulting from their use of the studio or content produced therein. 

7. Confidentiality - The Studio will not disclose or share Client content without permission, except where required by law. 

8. Termination of Session - The Studio reserves the right to end a session immediately, without refund, if the Client or guests engage in unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful behavior. 

9. Acceptance of Terms - By booking and paying for a session, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
